Senior Specialist - UX Design

 Responsibilities

• Conduct
• Design and conduct user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, ethnographic studies, and analytics reviews.
• Define research objectives, select appropriate methodologies, and recruit participants.
• Gather insights from various sources, including competitive analysis, market research, analytics and customer feedback.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to uncover patterns, trends, and user pain points.
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations that inform design and product decisions.
• Present insights to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and workshops.
• Work closely with design and product teams, business stakeholders and partner teams.
• Advocate for user needs within the organization and influence decision-making through evidence-based insights.
• Lead the development of personas and user journeys.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging research techniques, and best practices.
• Promote a culture of user research within the company, educating teams on the value of human-centered design.
• Experience in the entertainment and attractions industry preferred but not essential.
