Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To provide strategic oversight, drive and oversee the successful implementation of Operational Excellence (OE) culture, ensure strong stakeholder engagement, and maintain effective governance of policies and procedures across the AGOC organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5 years minimum experience in Stakeholder/Change Management including corporate data protection and policies administration.
• Professional certifications in Operational Excellence / EFQM / TQM / Lean Six Sigma.
• Transferrable IQAMA is a must.
