Roles & Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Job Title:

Senior Specialist, LC Supplier and Investor Development II

Focus Area:
Strategic enablement through supplier and investor development.

Operational / Functional:

  • Drive strategic opportunity mapping across Ma aden BUs to identify localization gaps.
  • Build investor roadmaps and facilitate JV agreements, NDAs, and MoUs.
  • Represent Ma aden at national/international expos, policy dialogues, and roadshows.
  • Lead feasibility studies (TCO, landed cost, regulatory viability, risk mitigation).
  • Engage with ministers, shareholders, and foreign delegations to unlock incentives.
  • Track and report KPIs tied to Vision 2030: IKS, GDP contribution, job creation, and TCO savings.
  • Coordinate supplier and investor initiatives across supply chain, engineering, and risk functions.
  • Mentor internal staff and build a pipeline of future localization leaders.
  • Support strategic growth aligned with new project expansions and digital maturity goals.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve onboarding speed, supplier transparency, and integration.

Leadership:

  • Champion AI-enabled tools for supplier risk forecasting and investor profiling.
  • Promote predictive market analysis to enhance strategic sourcing and localization efficiency.
  • Align initiatives with Ma aden s growth and transformation programs.

Relationships:

  • Collaborate with Legal, Commercial, Strategy, and Business Units.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders including PIF, MISA, LCGPA, NIDLP, and embassies.
  • Maintain constructive communication across internal and external partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Qualification:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business and Development, Investment and Finance, Economics, or Market Development.
  • Master s degree is a bonus.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement.
  • Expertise in local content, supply chain, and industrial development.
  • High proficiency in reporting tools (Power BI, Oracle, Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
  • Digital acumen, including use of AI, analytics, and digital dashboards.
  • Deep expertise in ecosystems, capability modeling, and supplier maturity pathways.
  • Advanced understanding of local and regional industrial enablement programs.
  • KPI reporting and dashboard development.
  • Internal mentorship, workshop facilitation, and supplier engagement strategy.
