Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To provide strategic oversight and ensure effective implementation of corporate Human Resources (HR),
  • Knowledge Management, and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) / Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, aligning them with AGOC’s organizational goals and sustainability priorities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7 years minimum experience in corporate HR, Knowledge Management including active participation in Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) / Sustainability Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
  • Professional certifications in Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) / Sustainability, Social & Responsibility (CSR) / EFQM / TQM.

Transferrable IQAMA is a must.
