Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to Azure CSP customers.

• Optimize and implement best practices for Azure infrastructure.

• Deploy and manage containerized environments using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Docker.

• Automate application release and deployment using Jenkins CI/CD and Azure DevOps.

• Support cloud migration from on-premises to Azure using Azure Migrate and Recovery Services Vault.

• Implement and manage Disaster Recovery environments using Azure Site Recovery and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

• Automate system configurations using Bash, PowerShell, and Python scripting.

• Utilize Azure Automation Runbook and Azure Logic Apps for infrastructure automation.

• Monitor and manage cloud environments using Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jira, DataDog, and New Relic.

• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for Windows and Linux-based cloud issues.


Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking a skilled Azure Senior Specialist to provide support and assistance to Azure Cloud Solution Provider customers while implementing and optimizing Azure infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud automation, containerization, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting complex cloud environments.


• Strong experience in Azure cloud infrastructure management.

• Expertise in container orchestration (AKS, Docker).

• Proficiency in automation tools (Terraform, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

• Hands-on experience with scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python).

• Knowledge of cloud monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog, New Relic).

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in Windows and Linux environments.
