Senior Solutions Delivery Specialist

You Will:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions for clients, ensuring that project milestones are met and that outcomes align with customer requirements and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, and engineering teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the delivery process, providing updates, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
• Develop and mentor junior team members, providing insights based on extensive experience in solution delivery.
• Analyze complex customer needs and develop solutions that leverage SWATX's technology portfolio while adhering to industry best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and methodologies based on client feedback and evolving best practices.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in delivering technology solutions in a client-facing role, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Technical expertise in relevant technologies and solutions, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and timely delivery.
