Roles & Responsibilities

  • Install, test, and maintain low-voltage systems such as CCTV, access control, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough site surveys to assess requirements and provide tailored recommendations for system design and integration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer requirements and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installations, repairs, and service activity to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during installations and service calls to protect both personnel and property.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly to foster strong client relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A diploma or degree in electronics, telecommunications, or a related field is preferred to ensure a solid technical foundation.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of ELV systems is essential for success in this role.
  • Strong technical skills in wiring, cabling, and system integration are critical for effective troubleshooting and installation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you build rapport with clients and team members alike.
