Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead and inspire our Agile teams. In this role, you will drive collaboration, remove barriers, and ensure value delivery through Agile best practices. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach one or more Agile/Scrum teams, ensuring effective application of Agile and Azure DevOps principles.
  • Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives).
  • Leverage Agile DevOps tools and practices to accelerate delivery, improve collaboration, and ensure continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
  • Drive adoption and effective use of Clockify to enhance transparency, planning, and reporting.
  • Proactively identify and remove impediments to enable smooth delivery and team productivity.
  • Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs, clarify priorities, and maintain focus on delivering value.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration across teams.
  • Mentor and support team members and stakeholders in Agile DevOps practices and mindset.
  • Track team performance using KPIs and metrics, ensuring quality outcomes and alignment with business goals.
  • Promote Agile DevOps adoption across the organization and contribute to scaling efforts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a senior or multi-team leadership capacity.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Agile Azure DevOps practices and tools.
  • Proven expertise with Clockify is required.
  • Professional certification such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master) is required. Advanced certifications (CSP, SAFe, LeSS) are highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills.
  • Experience working with distributed teams and modern collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Miro).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to coach at both team and organizational levels.
