Haven Hospitality is a leader in Egypt s hospitality sector, delivering seamless property management and outstanding guest stays. As we continue to accelerate growth, we re seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Associate to maximize occupancy, drive revenue, and support our expanding portfolio.

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Associate is responsible for achieving high occupancy rates and maximizing rental revenue across our portfolio. This role combines strategic pricing, targeted marketing, and a relentless focus on guest experience to optimize sales performance and ensure our continued market leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to sustain occupancy rates of 85 95% across properties using data-driven pricing and focused marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze occupancy, booking trends, and competitor pricing to adjust tactics for top-line growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to launch campaigns and promotions that drive bookings and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure seamless booking processes and outstanding guest experiences, resolving issues promptly to drive positive ratings.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and actionable insights to management.
  • Record and track all actions on the CRM

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree
  • Proven sales experience in hospitality, real estate, or property management is a bonus.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a record of using data to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Highly motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of the Egyptian hospitality market is strongly preferred.
