As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we d like to meet you.

What You'll Do:

  • Build a pipeline and acquire new customers to enhance your portfolio and demand base.
  • Plan, schedule and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews with assigned accounts and maintain an up-to-date pipeline of current and future opportunities.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Develop process and system improvements to continually raise the bar of execution and ensure delivery of a great customer experience within your portfolio.
  • Retention and expansion of customers revenues and share of wallet through ensuring the successful launch and operation of all business operations.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Assist clients in their day to day requests related to export/import inland trucking
    quotations/negotiations in order to ensure proper opportunity closing.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B business development or a similar sales role (Logistics & land transportation experience preferred especially in Ports)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to conduct market research, strategy, and analysis.
  • Strong collaboration skills and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
