Senior Sales Reporting Expert Vodafone

• Develop and manage reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics to support top management and sales teams.
• Analyse pipeline quality, team performance, forecasting, and target setting.
• Support commission governance and alignment with corporate strategy.
• Maintain data consistency across systems through account allocation and hierarchy updates.
• Design and deliver performance dashboards using tools like QlikView, QlikSense, and Power BI.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to facilitate business decisions.
• Drive automation and standardisation of reporting processes.
• Collaborate across departments to promote actionable insights and improve business understanding.
• Lead planning and performance management initiatives, including territory assignments and strategic projects.

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, IT, or Business Administration.
• 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in telecom or tech sectors.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and financial metrics.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SQL.
• Experience with data warehouses, BI tools, and global database management.
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and influence stakeholders.
