Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the sales team, drive client acquisition, and develop strategies to grow market share. This role requires a deep understanding of the food supply and the hospitality and restaurant (HoReCa) industry, as well as a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and targets
  • Manage, coach, and grow the sales team
  • Identify new B2B opportunities and key accounts
  • Build strong relationships with restaurants, hotels, and distributors
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with operations and procurement to ensure service consistency
  • Report on KPIs, pipelines, and performance metrics

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in Horeca sales, FMCG, or food distribution
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong client relationship and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
  • Experience using CRM and sales reporting tools is a plus
