Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee financial aspects, including cost monitoring for Factory, Supply, and Procurement functions.
Craft detailed budgets for plant and warehouse operations, as well as procurement activities.
Generate comprehensive financial reports and promptly address ad-hoc requests from management.
Lead the charge on projects that aim to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency, from inception to execution.

span>- Perform monthly closing of Trade and month-end closingbr>- Analyze and report Trade Spend by channel/ country against plan and/or forecastbr>- Prepare Trade-related Balance Sheet schedules and ensure all necessary accruals are in place as per policy with accurate aging and justificationbr>- Engage with the Sales team in building the Sales and Trade Spend forecasting and planningbr>- Managing RGM Productivity and ensuring plan target is achievedbr>- Maintaining audit policies and ensuring compliance of all legal entitiesbr>- Performing Sub-distributor auditsbr>- Thorough and full utilization of financial systemsbr>- Full understanding and implementation of Global Trade Policy/span>
