Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets, leveraging market insights and customer feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
  • Lead sales presentations and negotiations, effectively communicating the value proposition to diverse stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus for advanced strategic insight.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling techniques, particularly in high-value, complex sales scenarios.
  • Certifications in sales methodologies (such as SPIN Selling or Challenger Sales) are highly desirable.
