Senior Sales Executive – Fintech Industry
Your Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drive business growth by developing and optimizing sales operations

Who Are We Looking For?
� Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales manager role (preferably in fintech)
� Proven track record of sales and high-performance
� Strong leadership with the ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and make quick decisions
� Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
� A positive, proactive mindset with out-of-the-box thinking
� Strong multitasking and organizational skills
� Strong analytical skills. Be able to analyze data, draw conclusions
� Ability to create sales strategy based on incoming data and adapt sales strategy in a timely manner
� Experience in creating online and offline sales funnels, monitoring them, identifying bottlenecks and improving them while in use
� Experience in public speaking is welcomed
� Excel knowledge
� Ability to provide results in the form of clear understandable reports based on data rather than words
� Experience in business or sales process development is a BIG plus
