Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the spare parts business and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with wholesale sales customers/ distributors(B2B) in Arabic-speaking countries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including workshops, distributors, and fleet customers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and high-quality service.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals effectively.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance, report regularly on pipeline activities, and suggest improvement strategies.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits to promote brand visibility and business growth.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Automotive Engineering (preferred).
· 2–5 years of experience in the automobile industry; knowledge of spare parts is an added advantage.
· Prior experience within the GCC, preferably within the UAE.
· Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
· Candidates with international business travel experience or those who have managed customers outside the UAE will be preferred.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
· Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
· Possession of a valid UAE or GCC driving license is preferred.
