Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the HVAC sector.
Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing for HVAC modernization projects.
Collaborate with internal engineering and consultant teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.
Identify new business opportunities within the Saudi Arabian market and drive revenue growth.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to shape strategy.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and effective post-sale support.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Managing a sales pipeline and developing strategies to secure new business.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Conducting product presentations and technical workshops for prospects.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and key performance metrics.
- Regular reporting and analysis of sales performance to leadership.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven track record in sales within the HVAC industry.
- Significant experience in the Saudi Arabian HVAC market.
- Strong knowledge of chiller systems and controls solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC sales or related fields.
