Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle for elevator modernization and upgrade projects.
- Assess existing elevator conditions and recommend suitable modernization solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals according to industry standards.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate elevators and define modernization scope.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, property firms, and contractors.
- Deliver technical presentations highlighting modernization benefits such as safety, efficiency, and reliability.
- Monitor market activity, competitors, and customer needs.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to ensure accuracy of proposals.
- Provide after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 7 years experience in elevator or elevator modernization sales.
- Excellent technical understanding of elevator systems and ability to explain upgrade solutions to clients.
- Strong capability in preparing technical and commercial proposals and dealing with consultants and contractors.
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle and achieve targets.
- Willingness to visit clients and job sites when required.
