Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the Sales Portfolio of MENA & International Market in Payments, Fintech, and Merchant Acquiring.
  • Opening of new Sales Channels & develop new partnerships/ alliances.
  • Demonstrating and presenting organization’s Solutions to client in effective manner.
  • Reviewing sales performance for meeting targets.
  • Negotiating contracts with prospective clients for boosting sales and revenue.
  • Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets by meeting clients and rigorous follow ups.
  • Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
  • Works closely with senior sales leadership to define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization success. Aligns reporting and training programs with these performance management priorities.
  • Ensures sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided to the sales team. .
  • Working closely with sales team and Human Resources, establishes a sales force training plan focused on developing and reinforcing critical sales competencies. Prioritizes training objectives for selling, sales management, and sales support roles.
  • Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
  • New Product Enhancement/ Innovations with Technical Team in the Payments Space/ Domain.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience (10-15 years) in Payments, Fintech, and Merchant Acquiring, with a proven track record in MENA and international markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic sales growth, establish new business channels, and forge high-value partnerships and alliances.
  • Strong expertise in executive-level client engagement, contract negotiation, and revenue forecasting to achieve organizational targets.
  • Proven capability to analyze market trends, oversee product enhancements, and collaborate with technical teams for innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with a focus on driving performance and building high-performing sales teams.
