About Trendz Agency:

Trendz is a fast-growing digital marketing and media production agency based in Abu Dhabi, serving premium clients across real estate, government, and corporate sectors in the UAE. Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team and drive new business growth, manage client relationships, and contribute to strategic expansion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the UAE market (Real Estate, Government, Corporate).
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Prepare proposals and pitch presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and media production teams to align solutions with client expectations.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales or business development for digital marketing or media production agencies.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market and client expectations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
