Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare, monitor, and analyze sales performance against targets across the entire Field Force (FF) to identify key trends, variances, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement standardized sales reports and metrics.
Data Visualization & Business Intelligence:
- Lead the development of dynamic and interactive sales performance dashboards using various Business Intelligence (BI) tools, such as Power BI.
- Translate complex data sets into clear, compelling, and actionable visual narratives for stakeholders.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Act as a key partner to the Sales and Marketing teams, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize strategies and enhance overall sales force effectiveness.
- Facilitate regular performance review meetings with data support.
Data Management & Insight Generation:
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of sales databases and reporting systems.
- Generate proactive, actionable insights from sales data to inform strategic decision-making and improve sales performance.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in data analysis tools, including:
- Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data modeling).
- Proficiency in data visualization and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI).
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s degree in business administration, Finance, or a closely related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in sales analysis, commercial effectiveness, or a highly analytical business intelligence role.
- Analytical Acumen: Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills are crucial for translating complex sales data into practical insights.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to apply strong problem-solving skills to diagnose performance issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy is essential for maintaining the integrity of reports and databases.
