Responsibilties and duties
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, acting as their primary advisor for IT-related needs
• Analyze and understand client preferences, needs, and long-term objectives to provide customized solutions
• Lead the identification of new business opportunities within the existing client base and proactively pursue growth strategies
• Expand the company's IT sales portfolio by identifying and engaging potential clients
• Collaborate with Sales Development team to meet and surpass sales targets and revenue goals
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with company targets and market trends
• Utilize market research, competitor analysis, and industry insights to identify growth opportunities within the account base
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of IT solutions and services
• Create comprehensive account plans and strategies for each client, outlining objectives and action steps
• Tailor offerings to meet specific business needs
• Stay updated on the latest IT products, services, and solutions and effectively communicate their advantages to clients
