Job Description

To drive the acquisition, origination, and profitable growth of the Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) portfolio by identifying and converting new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and executing go-to-market strategies aligned with the bank s objectives. The role ensures adherence to credit quality, market competitiveness, and long-term profitability.

  • Business Acquisition & Growth
  • Originate new LRD transactions by identifying prospects and converting leads into active clients.
  • Achieve portfolio growth targets as per annual business plan.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Deepen existing relationships by offering customized financing solutions and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Credit and Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to credit policies, underwriting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the credit team to structure transactions with acceptable risk profiles.
  • Market Intelligence and Strategy Execution
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and risks.
  • Contribute to product enhancement and pricing strategy.
  • Profitability and Asset Quality
  • Monitor portfolio health, delinquencies, and renewals to maintain asset quality.
  • Drive profitability through sound structuring and efficient execution.

The role operates in a dynamic, fast-paced financial environment with evolving client needs and regulatory guidelines. It requires deep understanding of real estate-backed financing, client behavior, and macroeconomic factors affecting leasing and commercial real estate.

Framework and Boundaries

Operates within the bank s policies, risk appetite, regulatory guidelines (CBUAE norms), and standard operating procedures. Accountable for compliance with KYC/AML regulations, internal audit guidelines, and governance protocols. Coordinates with credit, legal, operations, and risk teams within defined authority limits.
