Job Purpose: Leads inspection and regulatory auditing operations for entities subject to the Authority's oversight. Develop regulatory strategies to ensure compliance, conduct risk analysis, supervise field inspection and audit teams, and enhance cooperation with local and international entities to promote integrity and transparency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Leads regulatory inspections by managing pre-visit questionnaires, analyzing responses, identifying risks, coordinating data collection, and setting quality standards.
• Develops and implements field audit plans, oversees visits, guides teams, and ensures compliance with professional standards.
• Conducts risk analysis, evaluates internal controls, develops compliance strategies, oversees investigations, and reports to senior management.
• Develop operational policies, inspection frameworks, and governance assessment requirements.
• Prepares and reviews regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy and providing corrective action recommendations.
• Oversees analysis of complaints, directs investigations, and ensures appropriate decisions are made.
• Prepares final audit reports, executive positions, and enforcement referrals; ensures follow-up and implementation.
• Coordinates with local and international entities on investigations, legal referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Performs additional tasks within scope to support the Authority s goals.
