Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and engage top candidates using various channels, including headhunting, social media, and job boards.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to match client requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with clients, and providing feedback.
  • Handle high-volume hiring projects efficiently while maintaining quality candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • 2 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proven experience in headhunting and high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong skills in candidate screening, interviewing, and evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and highly organized.
