Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment process from role briefing, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Heads of Departments, senior leaders, and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through strategic sourcing techniques — including networking, direct headhunting, social media, and specialized AI/digital platforms.
- Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, provide insights on talent acquisition performance, and deliver regular dashboards/reports to management.
- Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance the organization’s visibility and reputation as an employer of choice within the digital and AI talent community.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10–12 years of experience in recruitment, with strong exposure to digital, technology, and AI roles (either in-house or agency).
- Proven success in managing senior-level stakeholder relationships and advising business leaders on talent strategy.
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Solid understanding of digital and AI technologies, roles, and skills (e.g., Data Science, Machine Learning, Product, Engineering, UX/UI, etc.).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in recruitment systems (ATS, CRM, Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining quality.
- Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools and data-driven sourcing techniques.
