Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits to showcase available listings to potential buyers.
  • Negotiate and close sales transactions, ensuring optimal terms for both clients and the company.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, including competitor activities and emerging trends.
  • Manage all documentation related to property sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within specified timelines.
