- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on mobile applications
- Advanced proficiency in React Native and its ecosystem
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with native mobile app development (iOS/Android) is a plus
- Solid understanding of mobile app lifecycle, performance optimization, and debugging processes
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities
- Experience in Agile development methodologies and project management tools
