Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engages in transforming business goals into research objectives, plans, and deliverables.
- Contributes to activities related to the research and development of new or enhanced concepts, ideas, and applications for the organization's products.
- Conducts tests on new products to verify their reliability.
- Assists in the completion of the stability plan.
- Participates in the validation of analytical methods.
- Assists in the preparation of trial batches.
- Analyzes products according to the stability plan.
- Conducts analysis of trial batches.
- Compiles technical files.
- Develops specifications for raw materials and finished products.
- Prepares batch records for products.
- Records and monitors data from the stability chamber (temperature & humidity).
- Places products in the stability chamber.
- Helps collect data for process validation and cleaning validation.
- Responsible for documenting all R&D results.
- Maintains the documentation system for R&D
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or equivalent is essential.
- 3 to 5 years of previous experience of pharmaceutical manufacturing and R&D.
- Exposure and hands-on different roles at different manufacturing disciplines (e.g., Production, Quality, EHS) is a definite plus
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- English fluency is essential
- Professional computer and MS-Office skills
- Professional analytical skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
