Job Location: UAE
Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor MEP
Qualifications: Diploma, Engineering Graduates/PG
Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs for MEP works
Measure quantities as per approved drawings and specifications
Apply standard methods of measurement (POMI, NRM, CESMM, IS 1200)
Prepare interim valuations, variation claims, and final accounts
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
Review subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons
Maintain accurate cost records and project documentation
Support cost control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
2 to 10+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in MEP projects
Educational qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech
Strong knowledge of MEP measurement and cost control
Proficiency in PlanSwift, AutoCAD, and similar QS software
Candidates must be currently available in the UAE
Any nationality can apply
