Roles & Responsibilities

Experience in one of the following key sectors: hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure etc./li>

  • Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years./li>
  • Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required./li>
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills./li>
  • Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills./li> /ul>
  • Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred./li>
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognized university./li>
  • Min 5 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management./li> /ul>
