Responsibilities:

• Carries out the tasks assigned by Resident Engineer in a diligent and effective manner, meeting deadlines and avoiding errors.
• Shows initiative by suggesting to their superior alternative and/or innovative methods of executing the tasks assigned while demonstrating a proactive attitude.
• Revises projects documents, including bills of quantities for the construction phases of on-going projects.
• Performs cost control.
• Advises on a standardized procurement strategy.
• Provides advice on contractual claims and variations.
• Analyses outcomes and writes detailed progress reports.
• Certifies completed work and arranges payments certificates.
• Provides post contractual services as well as life-cycle costing advice.
• Advises the client of funds available within the contract and prepares variation orders.
• Provides general figure of the budget estimates to the client by breaking down the activities of work in order to allocate funds accordingly.
• Implements and maintains Company s policies and its IMS system.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
