Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and BOQs.
  • Evaluate and approve subcontractor payments, variations, and claims.
  • Perform cost analysis and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure contractual compliance and manage procurement processes.
  • Monitor project costs, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Liaise with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure financial control and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong background in infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, etc.).
  • Excellent knowledge of FIDIC and other standard contract forms.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in QS software (e.g., CostX, Candy, MS Excel).
