Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your primary focus will involve developing and executing quality assurance plans, performing audits, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to mitigate risks and enhance project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct systematic audits and inspections to evaluate compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze data to identify quality trends and drive improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with project teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on quality performance metrics for management review.
- Mentor and train junior quality team members, fostering a culture of learning.
- Stay abreast of latest quality assurance methodologies and industry best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
ul> li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline./li> li>A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quality engineering, with a strong background in construction or project management./li> li>Demonstrated expertise in quality management systems and relevant international standards (e.g., ISO 9001)./li> li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an attention to detail./li> li>Effective communication skills, with the capacity to influence and lead cross-functional teams./li> li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment./li> li>Willingness to travel to various project sites as required./li> li>Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred./li> /ul>
