Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards to ensure operational excellence.
2- Supervise inspections, audits, and technical reviews to guarantee compliance with industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and company policies.
3- Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators, identifying risks and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
4- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and safety teams to resolve technical and compliance issues.
5- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing training and guidance on best practices.
Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and corrective action follow-ups.
Stay updated with international aviation regulations, ISO standards, and quality assurance best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Aviation, Quality Management, or a related field (Master s preferred).
Minimum 7 10 years of relevant experience in quality control, AME, or compliance within aviation, logistics, or engineering industries.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance frameworks, compliance, and safety standards (ISO, EASA, FAA, ICAO, or equivalent).
Proven leadership skills and experience managing senior-level responsibilities.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications in Quality Management Systems (QMS), AME license, or Six Sigma are a plus.
