Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess employee technical accuracy, performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures across all operations.
- Perform routine operational inspections for accuracy and provide constructive feedback to reduce errors.
- Track, document, and report quality levels to assist operations in continuous improvement.
- Analyze and investigate healthcare providers' complaints or reported quality issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution in accordance with company guidelines.
- Play a key role in developing, creating, and implementing quality enhancement processes and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Experience with performance dashboards and data analysis tools
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Very good English language proficiency (Speaking and Writing).
- Ability to work cooperatively, understanding, and proactively.
