Responsibilities:

1- Testing framework development

• Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable testing frameworks for multiplatform products (web, desktop, mobile, etc..).
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify test requirements and framework enhancements.
• Tools: Selenium, TestComplete, JUnit, NUnit, PyTest
• Artifacts: Test cases, Test results, Code coverage reports.

2- Automation Testing

• Develop and execute automated, scalable testing scripts to ensure functionality, performance, and scalability of products.
• Integrate automation tools and frameworks into CI/CD pipelines for streamlined testing processes.
• Tools: Selenium, TestComplete, JUnit, NUnit, PyTest, Postman, SoapUI, JMeter
• Artifacts: Automated test scripts, Test results, CI/CD integration logs.

3- Manual Testing

• Conduct manual testing when necessary to supplement automation efforts, particularly for exploratory and edge case scenarios.
• Tools: TestRail, Zephyr
• Artifacts: Manual test cases, Test results, Exploratory test reports.

4- Quality Assurance

• Define and implement QA best practices, standards (ISTQB), and processes across the development cycle.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage for all features, functionalities, and platforms.
• Tools: TestRail, Zephyr
• Artifacts: QA standards documentation, Test coverage reports.

5- Issue Tracking and Reporting

• Document, prioritize, and track defects through to resolution.
• Generate detailed testing reports to communicate test results and quality insights to stakeholders.
• Tools: JIRA, Bugzilla
• Artifacts: Defect logs, Test reports, Quality metrics.

6- Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with the latest QA trends and technologies to validate the continuous improvement of testing frameworks.
• Tools: Industry publications, QA forums
• Artifacts: Continuous improvement plans, Training materials.
