Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

What You ll Do:

  • - Oversee document control, versioning, and compliance with QA & safety standards.
  • - Audit project documentation workflows and recommend improvements.
  • - Coordinate with engineers, managers, and stakeholders to ensure proper process documentation.
  • - Implement and monitor document management systems (EDMS, Aconex).
  • - Support QA initiatives by ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

What We re Looking For:

  • - 5:7 years of experience in document control, QA, or construction operations.
  • - Strong knowledge of document management systems (EDMS, Aconex).
  • - Experience in QA processes, compliance, and workflow improvement.
  • - Leadership skills (experience managing document control teams is a plus).
  • - Excellent organization, accuracy, and communication skills.
  • - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
