Develop, implement, and monitor the project-specific Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and quality procedures.

Review all project documents including design drawings, technical specifications, shop drawings, and method statements to ensure compliance with contractual and quality standards.

Maintain an updated register of approved materials, inspection requests, test results, and non-conformance reports.

Review material submittals and suppliers quality documentation for approval.

Prepare and maintain all QA/QC records ensuring traceability and audit readiness.

Prepare periodic QA/QC performance reports and submit them to the Project Manager.

Ensure that all construction activities are executed in compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality requirements.

Supervise inspection and testing activities at all stages of work, ensuring the correctness of execution and documentation.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments for all quality-related matters.

Liaise closely with the Safety Officer to ensure that quality and safety procedures are integrated across project activities.

Verify that all completed works and payments correspond accurately with approved progress and quality documentation.

Conduct internal audits and lead corrective and preventive action processes when non-conformities are identified.

Ensure that project implementation aligns with approved budgets, detailed action plans, and cash flow estimates.

Monitor progress to confirm that all stages of work conform with planned schedules and quality benchmarks.

Support project management in achieving continual improvement objectives through proactive risk and process control.

Provide guidance and training to site engineers and supervisors to enhance quality awareness and ensure full compliance with QMS requirements.

Undertake any other QA/QC-related duties assigned by the Project Manager within the scope of expertise.

Authorities

Review and approve quality-related documents, blueprints, and technical specifications pertaining to the project under execution.

Coordinate directly with internal project units and external quality representatives on QA/QC matters.

Recommend corrective measures or work stoppages in case of major quality non-compliance.

Any additional authority delegated by the Project Manager within the scope of specialty.
