Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead testing efforts across multiple projects. You will define QA strategies, build automated frameworks, and mentor junior QA engineers while ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices.

Lead the development of automated testing frameworks and pipelines.

Perform advanced testing (functional, regression, performance, security).

Manage test plans, metrics, and reporting for multiple projects.

Mentor and guide mid-level/junior QA engineers.

Collaborate with stakeholders to drive quality throughout the SDLC.

Familiarity with version control (Git), CI tools, and bug tracking systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role.

Strong background in test automation (Appium, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).

Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or Java).

Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling) and security testing tools.

Excellent understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud environments.

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing QA teams and processes in Agile/Scrum environments.

Hands-on experience with advanced mobile and web testing techniques.

Certification (ISTQB, CSTE, or similar) is a plus.

Knowledge of security testing, accessibility testing, or compliance testing is a plus.
