What you will be doing

• Co-Lead QA Strategy: Partner with product managers and developers to craft testing strategies that align with our ambitious business goals, ensuring every release is rock-solid.
• Drive Automation: Build and refine automation frameworks from the ground up, boosting efficiency and expanding test coverage across our platforms.
• Mentor and Inspire: Guide junior engineers, sharing your expertise to elevate their skills and foster a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Ensure Exceptional Quality: Oversee end-to-end testing functional, regression, and beyond to guarantee our features meet both technical specs and user needs.
• Innovate Processes: Introduce cutting-edge QA practices, tools, and metrics to keep us ahead of the curve and continuously improve how we work.
• Bridge Teams: Act as a key collaborator, embedding quality into every phase of development by working hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot with Finesse: Dive into complex issues, pinpoint root causes, and propose solutions that keep our systems humming.
