Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead quality assurance (QA) efforts for ERP modules, including Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management, and more.
• Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans.
• Identify, record, and track bugs; perform thorough regression testing when issues are resolved.
• Collaborate with the development team and programmers to define and improve quality assurance processes and ERP workflows.
• Validate ERP integrations with external systems.
• Design and implement test automation for ERP processes where applicable.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and data migration testing.
• Provide risk assessments and ensure compliance with business requirements and technical specifications.
Requirements:
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of quality assurance (QA) experience with ERP systems (e.g., Local ERP Systems, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows and business process logic.
• Experience with test management tools.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and backend testing.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
