Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for food and beverage (F&B) supplies to support construction and renovation projects.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms for F&B products.
  • Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.
  • Coordinate with project managers and site teams to forecast F&B requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock management to prevent shortages or excesses.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Analyze market trends and conduct cost analyses to identify opportunities for savings and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies in procurement activities.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile invoices, track expenditures, and support budget management.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance procurement processes and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a focus on F&B or related industries.
  • Proven experience in supplier negotiation and contract management.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B products, market trends, and sourcing best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective supplier and internal stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
