As a Senior Property Specialist (Chinese Speaking), you will be responsible for managing and overseeing property transactions, client relationships, and real estate investments in Chinese-speaking markets. This role requires a blend of expertise in real estate, strong communication skills, and fluency in Mandarin. You will play a critical role in guiding clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring their needs are met, and providing valuable market insights. Your knowledge of the property landscape will position you as a trusted advisor, allowing you to develop and maintain robust networks with potential clients and industry professionals. Additionally, you will be tasked with analyzing market trends, advising on property investments, and ensuring all transactions comply with local laws and regulations. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee property sales and rental transactions efficiently in Chinese-speaking markets.
• Communicate effectively with clients, understanding and addressing their property needs and concerns.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate professionals.
• Analyze market conditions to provide clients with competitive and profitable property investments.
• Guide clients through the legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local and international real estate markets.
• Prepare, negotiate, and review real estate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Provide clients with advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Coordinate property viewings and provide detailed and accurate information about properties.
• Represent and promote the agency at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies in property transactions.
• Support junior team members in developing their skills and knowledge in real estate practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field required.
• Proven experience in real estate, property management, or as a property consultant.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets, trends, laws, and regulations, especially in China.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as business needs dictate.
