We are seeking motivated and results-driven Off-Plan Property Consultants to join our growing team and support our clients in securing high-value property investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advise client on off plan properties, including project features, payment plan, and potential returns on investment.
  2. Attend events and property launches organized by developers
  3. Have an in-depth knowledge of UAE based projects and the ability to pitch these to potential buyers
  4. Advise Clients in the process of buying through a developer, guiding them in finding the best options as per their requirements
  5. Continually network and identify business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and keeping updated with latest local and national property market information and laws
  6. Provide market insights and investment analysis to assist clients in decision making.
  7. Maintain a high professional profile at all times
  8. Present to potential clients and advise them on investment opportunities
  9. Build and maintain relationship to new and existing clients.
  10. To have an understanding of local process and administration of completing a property purchase.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in off-plan property sales or real estate consultancy in Dubai.
  2. Fluent in English
  3. Native in German, Dutch or Russian will be a great advantage
  4. Self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy
  5. Strong understanding of off plan developments, payment plans, and investment potentials.
  6. Proven ability to close deals, and meet sales target.
  7. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  8. UAE driving license.
  9. Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
