Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Location: New Cairo & 5th Settlement
- Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in property sales within New Cairo and 5th Settlement, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties in New Cairo and 5th Settlement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct property viewings and provide clients with all required information.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with the sales manager and marketing team to implement effective sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and client feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualifications & Skills:
3 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with focus on New Cairo & 5th Settlement.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of the local real estate market.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
