Senior Project Manager - Villas & Infrastructure Khatib and Alami Engineering Consultants Pvt Ltd

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead villa and infrastructure developments from inception to handover. The role involves full project management responsibility, ensuring delivery within time, cost, quality, and safety targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall project execution for villas and related infrastructure works.
• Coordinate design, architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Administer contracts, variations, and claims in line with FIDIC standards.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.
• Conduct progress reviews and present reports to clients and management.
• Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, and authorities to resolve project issues.
• Mentor and guide project and site teams to achieve performance objectives.
• Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle for villa and infrastructure projects, from inception to handover, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, tailored to the unique challenges of villa and infrastructure projects.
• Manage and coordinate all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring effective communication.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor construction activities, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and control costs effectively, ensuring projects are completed within the approved financial parameters.
• Review and approve all project-related documentation, including drawings, specifications, submittals, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
