Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Define project governance, execution plans, and resource strategies.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Control budgets, schedules, and key performance indicators.
- Build strong client relationships, manage stakeholder expectations.
- Report progress, risks, and mitigation actions to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s in Engineering or related discipline; PMP preferred.
- 10+ years in the construction industry with exposure to large-scale projects.
- Deep understanding of design management, procurement, and cost control.
- Familiarity with international codes, contracts (FIDIC), and safety norms.
- Fluent Arabic & English; polished leadership and negotiation skills.
