Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with significant and effective experience in the coordination and operational management of IS projects and with cross-functional knowledge of the international and SWIFT operations business. Knowledge of Amplitude core banking is highly desired.

You will join the team in charge of managing the Swift migration program ISO20022 throughout Sub-Saharan Africa and the Mediterranean region. You will be in charge of the multi-site deployment of development solutions.

Missions:

• Coordinates and leads the work of the project team in order to produce a result that complies with business requirements
• Forecasts the necessary resources (human, financial and material)
• Supervises the smooth running of the project (risks, planning, budget, performance)
• Manage the day-to-day interface between the business lines, the project manager, the project manager, the publishers, the representatives of the subsidiaries and the experts
• Participates in the various monitoring committees set up and communication
• Instructs the monitoring indicators put in place
• Participates in the scoping and deployment of projects in subsidiaries
• Guarantor of the proper deployment of projects
• Perform the functions of Project Manager according to the needs of the organization and the governance that will be chosen.
• Implementation with the project team of the project structure and roadmaps
• Manage the different phases of the project with the production of the expected deliverables according to the group's project management methodology
• Define and monitor the major milestones of the project and alert in the event of drift or deviation observed.
• Be actively involved in the scoping phase, take ownership of the functional need at the outset (from the preliminary project), and have a critical and constructive view of the specifications,
• Track development/integration/configuration activities.
• Ensure the realization of tests by ensuring good functional coverage, define the acceptance strategy, define testing activities, participate and provide the necessary support during the development/execution of test plans.
• Define and lead a clear and shared governance of the entities of the pre ire (preparation of materials, publication of an agenda, animation, preparation and dissemination of the minutes of the meeting, monitoring of actions)
• Consolidate the implementation risks identified, verify the compliance of the project implementation, and ensure the follow-up of the action plan.
• Ensure the proper allocation of resources to planning tasks.
• Prepare presentations and reports of the project committees.
• Participate in the project communication plan and change management

Profile sought:

• Experienced as a project manager for Banking IS projects and on the Payment and International Operations business line.
• Very good mastery of IS project management (Agile or V-cycle)
• Knowledge of the banking environment.
• Knowledge and experience on core banking Amplitude
• Good command of international and Swift operations;
• Ability to adapt and work in a multicultural environment.
