As a Senior Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our project management team, steering essential projects from inception to completion. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining a focus on business goals. Acting as a central hub of communication, you will engage with various stakeholders across different departments to harness resources, align objectives, and drive project results. • Lead and oversee the project's end-to-end lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional team efforts to ensure project tasks remain on schedule.
• Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to address them.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor budget expenditures and make adjustments as necessary to avoid cost overruns.
• Employ project management tools and techniques to optimize resource allocation efficiently.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration among team members and resolve any conflicts that arise.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement by evaluating project performance post-delivery.
• Guide and mentor junior project managers and other project team members.
• Lead change management activities and support organizational transition efforts as projects wrap up.

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• Proven expertise with project management software and tools such as MS Project.
• Solid understanding of formal project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing projects with budgets greater than $1 million successfully.
• PMP certification or equivalent professional project management certification preferred.
